It is never too late to start over and make a fresh start. Everyone likes to make resolutions of course at the beginning of the new year however changes and decisions can be made at any moment. Starting a fitness protocol or changing ones diet isn't always easy, however with a little push and determination it can be done. Start by committing yourself to one of my workouts 5 days a week and see your body start to change. Also consider replacing one of your meals a day to a healthy liquid low carb protein shake.
